   For now, we cache the prepared statement for the PostgreSQL service. But there would be some problems; I will describe it the following below
   
   In MySQL/PostgreSQL, the prepared statement is always binding with the connection. If we choose to cache the statement for each type of action (get/set/delete), the whole type of action will share just one connection globally. I think it would cause performance issues and correct issues.
