Windows services can be configured to "allow service to interact with desktop" 
(see the Windows service properties dialog). 

There is no way to set this with prunsrv while installing/updating a service.

Proposed implementation

The attached prunsrv.c is a proposal to implement this feature in prunsrv. 

The change consists of a new command line option --Type, which value can be
"interactive" to turn on the "allow service to interact with deskop" service
parameter.

Please incorporate it if you think it is appropriate.
