   ### Superset version
   0.25.6
   
   ### Expected results
   The Series limit option should limit the number of slices in the pie chart. 
   
   ### Actual results
   When applying a series limit to pie chart, it has no effect.
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   - Create a pie chart with lots a categories.
   - Set a limit to e.g. 20.
   - The limit in the Query stays to 50000 by default.
