HBASE-26640 introduced two extra paths under master:store table: ".initializing" and ".initialized", in order to control when such store has been completed started for SFT.

Problem is that TestHFileProcedurePrettyPrinter assumes all child dirs from master:store would be region dirs, so it ends up picking up one of the flag dirs to list hfiles that should had been modified when validating the test outcome.
