Paul, Subversion 0.27 ready for release...

The 0.27 release process can start whenever you're ready, Paul.  Base
the release branch on revision 6697.  Currently that's HEAD, but who
knows what commits come in while this mail is in transit.

If you see changes come in from Sander Striker or Justin Erenkrantz
regarding issue #957, please make sure those *don't* get included in
the release.  They will be changes to the configuration system, and
will want testing by Old Hundred Eyes before they get included in a
release.

Note that 0.28 is scheduled for a Sunday release.  If you'd prefer a
different day, just let us know; there's room for some flexibility.
