[RESULT][VOTE] Release of Apache MRQL 0.9.4 incubating (RC2)

Hello,
This vote passes with the following four +1 votes from
MRQL PPMC members:

+1's : Leonidas Fegaras, Upa Gupta, Alan D. Cabrera, Edward J. Yoon

There were no -1 votes, and no 0 votes.
One of the votes (from Alan D. Cabrera) is a binding IPMC vote.
The next step is to ask the Incubator PMC to vote to approve
the release of the MRQL 0.9.4-incubating artifacts.
I will ask for vote at general@incubator.apache.org today.
