[PR] Add Assets during charts generation /edition

### Purpose
Related to #3835 , #3829 and #3817.
This PR allows the setting of assets links during chart creation and editing.
### Remarks
1. Mostly UI in the dataExplorer Section (added a new Popup after Save for the selection of relevant assets)
2. Added Tests
