Cannot connect to database

Hello,

CouchDb service appears running on Windows 7 64-bit however the server
is not really running.

Trying to run couchdb.bat gives:

Erlang R14B04 (erts-5.8.5) [source] [smp:8:8] [rq:8] [async-threads:0]

Eshell V5.8.5  (abort with ^G)
1> {"init terminating in
do_boot",{{badmatch,{error,{{app_would_not_start,os_mon},{couch_app,start,[normal,["../etc/couchdb/default.ini","../etc/couchdb/local.ini"]]}}}},[{couch,start,0},{init,start_it,1},{init,start_em,1}]}}

Crash dump was written to: erl_crash.dump
init terminating in do_boot ()


Abnormal termination

Dump file attached. No logs are created.

Hi Andy,

No typos. These are used in many places without any issue.
