[Lucene.Net] Lack of XML Documentation File in Binary release

Is there any particular reason why the Binary distribution does not contain 
an XML documentation file?

It would be nice to have this in future releases if possible as it makes 
the developer experience within the IDE just that little bit friendlier

Rob,

You probably have found this already.. but the binary release does
contain the XML doc files, in the doc sub-folder.
