How insert a .svg file into a .pdf?

Hello!

I want insert a .svg file into a .pdf with xsl. I have
inserted bitmaps like .jpg and work fine. But files
.svg don't work.
Files .svg must be insert with
<fo:instream-foreign-object> or with
<fo:external-graphic>?

Thanks.

Thanks you!

I have configured right the reader for .svg files in
the sitemap and now works! I have used the
fo:external-graphics.

Ciao!

If the SVG is in a file you can do both. Using fo:external-graphics
may be easier, using a SVG this way is the same as for JOG or GIF
format images. If the graphic doesn't show up, something is wrong
with either your access path or the SVG itself.

you've put the right "reader" in the component section of your sitemap?
and configured it as well?
