[jira] [Created] (SCOUT-126) If the properties are defined add to it, rather then dropping them

If the properties are defined add to it, rather then dropping them
------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SCOUT-126
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SCOUT-126
             Project: Scout
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Scout Implementation
    Affects Versions: 1.2.4
            Reporter: Kurt T Stam
            Assignee: Kurt T Stam
             Fix For: 1.2.5

When setting the properties on in the connection we should use putAll, rather then dropping the existing properties. This way the properties can be predefined and the user can add to them.
