[~yriveiro] mentioned on #solr that reloading the system information stopped working:

{{grep}}'ing the source shows one leftover from our Refactoring for SOLR-3633 which still (tries) to use the {{environment_basepath}} - which is infact for reloading the information on the dashboard.
