Can anyone let me know how to start  build simple cocoon project .I am using
jbuilder2008m .I am getting so many errors that I feel like I should start
from beginning I am missing some concept.

Why not try the "getting started"?

and then, as you encounter errors or problems, 
post them here so you can get help on specific
issues. There *is* a lot to digest in Cocoon - but,
like eating an elephant, best done one bite (byte?)
at a time.
