   ## Summary
   - Cherry-picks the last worthwhile deltas from `unomi-3-dev` after the Phase 2 backport audit (§3c in local plan).
   - `KafkaInjector`: add `@Deactivate` to stop the consumer executor on bundle shutdown (avoids leaked thread).
   - `PropertyConditionEvaluatorTest`: add null-safe integer/double/date comparison tests; production fix was already on master via earlier work.
   
   ## Context
   Full `unomi-3-dev` vs `master` audit found no further mega-backports warranted. This closes the 3-dev port chapter.
   
   ## Test plan
   - [x] `mvn -pl :unomi-plugins-base -am test -Dtest=PropertyConditionEvaluatorTest`
   - [x] `mvn -pl :kafka-extension -am compile`
