The skeleton of CREATE VIEW is already there, the related files are mainly:
phoenix-core/src/main/codegen/data/Parser.tdd
phoenix-core/src/main/codegen/includes/parserImpls.ftl
phoenix-core/src/main/java/org/apache/phoenix/calcite/jdbc/PhoenixPrepareImpl.java
phoenix-core/src/main/java/org/apache/phoenix/calcite/parse/*.java
