    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

It looks like this is a problem of the JVM allocating more memory than your system can provide.  (As opposed to Cassandra allocating memory inside the JVM.)  You should check your startup script to see what Xmx is determined as.  Go ahead and reopen if the script is computing it wrong.
