Invoking to some methods in KeyValue may could be short cut. Like KeyComparator.compareColumns -> KeyValue.compareColumns, 
KVComparator.compareColumns -> KeyComparator.compareColumns -> KeyValue.compareColumns,
KeyComparator.compareRows -> Bytes.compareTo,
KVComparator.matchingRows -> Bytes.equals,
MetaKeyComparator.compareRowid -> Bytes.compareTo, ... etc.
Will apply the change, the test the performance difference.
