[ANNOUNCE] Sonar 1.10 released

Sonar is an open source platform to manage Java source code quality.

The Sonar Team is pleased to announce the release of Sonar 1.10.

The new version manages 5 levels of priority on rules and associates a
weight to each of them. It means that Rules Compliance Index not only is
sharper, but can be customized.

On top of this, around 50 improvements and bug fixes are contained in this
version. Amongst them : 
- Ability to do configuration at project level and override the general
settings
- Ability to filter by rule or group of rules (priority for example) when
viewing the code
- Improvement of Violations drill down
- Integration of Cobertura 2.3
- Tendencies calculated on 30 days

On the technical side, performances have been improved and the plugins API
has been rationalized.
