if go back from Install step to Choose Services

Description:
1. Choose 2.2 stack to Install
2. Choose all services and defaults for everything
3. Cluster install fails
4. Go back to Choose Services page to remove some of the failing services
5. Click Next, Next, Next.
6. On the Review page the Wizard hangs. Have to close browser and launch another browser session to get out of it.
