xwhfcenter opened a new issue #1357: [BUG] Wrong 1.1.0-release download tar.gz in project homepage

   I downloaded install tar: escheduler-1.1.0-backend.tar.gz from homepage link.
   
   But i was a dev version with snapshot in lib directory.
   
   It's different with source code that link below.
   
   Please recheck it.
