Getting progress on GPars
It seems that the Winter Solstice 2017 marks the beginning of a push to
get activity on GPars development moving. If anyone has
time/inclination over the Christmas and New Year break to try GPars
master/HEAD – it compiles but not all the still present tests pass –
get working on the bleeding edge to create GPars 2.0.

Clone, build, tinker.
NB I am being very cavalier about committing to master/HEAD in order to
get some velocity, so no promises, but then this is the bleeding edge.
