[Client-Patch] Problems with proxy support

Hi,

I noticed a bug in WebdavResource when connection over a proxy.
The proxy settings of a resource are not passed to child
resources. I fixed this in the method createWebdavResource.

The appended zip contains the fixed file WebdavResource.java.
