Basically yes, other jars didn't change as well (there were rebuild to
match version, that's all). This is the main purpose of the fast-track
release - change as little as possible to solve the security
vulnerability (no new features, no bugs fixed, etc).

Hello,

For users who have a functioning 2.3.16.1 site, is it sufficient to copy in
the struts-core and xwork-core jar files, in order to complete the upgrade
to 2.3.16.2? It seems that way from looking at the git logs.

Thanks,

Dave
