   ### Steps to reproduce
   - legend中的data接收到一个空的键名时会在高度足够的情况下换行且不显示区分色块,但是依旧展示在饼状图上
   - 在legend中增加`type: 'scroll'`后可以正常显示且不会换行;或者不要给予空键名也可以解决
   
   ### What is expected?
   不会自动换行且显示区分色块
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   自动换行,不显示区分色块

   - 这个问题是后端返回数据时带了一个空的键名时发现的
