The following additional functionality need to be added to the Groups:
1) Group logo (displayed in the room)
2) Group tag (displayed in the room as room name prefix)
3) Group limits:
    a) Max files/recording size per group
    b) Recording time-to-live
    c) Recording expiration reminder
    d) Max rooms per group
4) Group moderator need to have limited admin rights for this group
   a) create/edit group rooms
   b) modify group
   c) add users to the group, modify group users
