find out who steal or break my lock

Hi,

I have lock a file on the repository and the someone steal or break it. Is
there a way i can find out who steal or break it? Can i also use tortoisesvn
to find out who steal or break it?

svn st -u (Check for Modifications -> Check Repository in TSVN) will
show who presently has the lock (I'm fairly sure, anyway). If you have
administrative access to the repository on the server, svnadmin
lslocks will too.
