On a multi-homed system, it would be useful to be able to restrict reggie's unicast request and multicast announcement sockets to a specified bind address.  It might default to null unless multicastInterfaces is configured to a single interface that is bound to a single address, in which case default to that address. Overlap with Rivert-71.
