Note v1.01 is available, although you have to change ZFD_* to FD_*.

Oh.  They updated it; it should work out of the box now.

(no, I don't know how you can find the above URL from their web site;
last time I looked I couldn't.  Only reason I know it is the author 
emailed the URL to me I think...
