logresolve.c for NT

Hi all,

In the src/support directory there exists a nifty program that will DNS
resolve logfiles. Trouble is it doesn't seem to be clear how to build
this program for NT.

Does anyone know how to build this with NT (preferably with cygnus gcc)
or have either a binary or a pointer to another program that will do the
job for me?
