Axis 1.2 - BasicHanlder initialization

Hi

Using Axis 1.2 - I've written a handler that extends BasicHandler for my
web service. When the Handler initializes I would like to load in a
number of properties (some secure). How can I pass initialization parms
to my handler upon startup? Any suggestions would be most welcomed.
