Distribute all binary jar's for different hadoop versions in one binary distribution 
move rat check to prepare-package
add separate profiles for src and bin distributions
remove old hadoop build profiles and replace with hadoop1 and hadoop2

updated release instructions will appear on the website not the wiki

committed in 1326230 for 0.9.0 and 1326231 for trunk
