Better GitHub / JIRA integrations?

Now that we are using an Infrastructure approved Git and GitHub process,
are there some additional integrations that we can put in place to echo
GitHub activities to our mailing lists, to automatically closed PRs when
they are merged, or integrate JIRA and Git in some ways?

If so, how do we get the ball rolling and what do we need to request via
the INFRA JIRA?

Thanks,
- Dave

Github integrations enabled, a list moderator will need to add the
following two addresses to the dev@ lists

dev-subscribe-allow-git=git.apache.org@usergrid.incubator.apache.org

dev-subscribe-asfbot=urd.zones.apache.org@usergrid.incubator.apache.org
