[I] [Bug][Sort] Related problem with attribute exceptions when creating 'hudiSink' [inlong]

### What happened
When I tried to create a 'hudiSink', some properties did not prompt me to enter, but an error occurred
### What you expected to happen
If some attributes are required, you can prompt me to assign values to them. If not prompted, I believe these attributes will not cause any exceptions in the creation task
### How to reproduce
Execute this method：org.apache.inlong.manager.client.File2HudiExample#testCreateGroupForHudi.
If 'extList' is not set, 'NPL' will appear：
If 'primaryKey' is not set, there will be a verification error in hudi：
