[DISCUSS] The date of releasing v0.12

Hi all,

As 0.11 is released and 0.12 is in process [1].

How about set a DDL for developing v0.12.
All features and bug-fixes will be released in v0.12.
Delayed features will be postponed to v0.13
(or v1.0, if we thought it is time to upgrade the version to 1.x)

How about Dec 20th.
