We upload it to [Nexus Repository Manager|https://repository.apache.org/], which I did (see link above), otherwse it would not be on sonatype. The rest is out of my hands. Frankly, compared to other package managers, that whole process is a PITA - there are way too many moving parts that can (and occasionally do) break.
