Fix jekyll server and other bits
Allows the `jekyll serve` command to work as expected in the default configuration, _without_ breaking the behaviour of the existing build scripts.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/richardcloudsoft/incubator-brooklyn-site fix-jekyll-server-and-other-bits
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn-site/pull/12.patch

Allow the `jekyll server` command to work
Changes the default configuration to allow the `jekyll server` command
to work as expected. Preserves the behaviour of the existing scripts
`build-preview` and `build-for-publication`.

Remove debugging text from site_structure.rb
Debugging messages inadvertantly left in this plugin causing unwanted
console output during build.
