Cannot compile AXIS2/C samples

Cannot compile AXIS2/C samples

I keep getting tons of errors like these:

error: expected ‘=’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘asm’ or ‘__attribute__’ before ‘*’ token

any suggestions? what am i doing wrong..
