Upgrading Cocoon

Hi,

Just a warning: in the next few hours I'd like to upgrade Cocoon.  This
is primarily to fix the bug where files with unknown MIME types generate
output files like foo.docnull.  In addition, site.xml caching finally
works properly, and the 'linkrewriter' transformers only need to be
configured once.

I have tagged CVS as 'before_cocoon_upgrade-20030622'
