josias, if you have some time, you might be interested in a profiler
module i have written, which adds a little menu item to get at the
output. it's on

it has not been committed yet because it relies on a very nice but
lgpl'ed stylesheet for syntax highlighted xml-to-xhtml conversion.
i'm still trying to contact the author to ask him to consider
dual-licensing under apache2 and lgpl, but i haven't heard back yet.
if it turns out he's fallen off the net entirely, i'm going to to a
clean-room reimplementation of the stuff, or rip it out (we still have
the xml output, which most browsers render ok).

Thanks for the reminder. I completely forgot about your profiling
module.
If you can solve the license issue, it's ok with me to commit your
module and revert my commit.
