svnversion++, what about change dates?
Hi there,
svnversion is quite a nifty tool to include the revision number of the project via a Makefile into LaTeX documents or a script generated static web site. But the information it provides is a bit small. What I need is -- additional to the the latest revision number and revision status -- the modification date of my project. An example would be "R133M (2007-01-08 13:23)". This date should be
1) if everything is committed the date of the latest commit
2) if there is a modified file in the current local working copy, which is manged by svn, the date of this working copy.
Is there an extension to svnversion to provide me this date information? It seems to be not a too complex problem but would require some scripting and querying, which I intend to avoid :-)
