FOP20.3 No flow found for region-body

Hello

Perhaps this is a problem for the Fop-user list, but I don't know how to
subscribe there actually.

I had an xsl:fo that works with Fop20.2 correctly.
Now, for Fop20.3 I did change master-name by master-reference in
<fo:page-sequence>tag.
After that, the following error occurs:
No flow found for region-body in page-master "all".

I attached the xsl:file after
 <<esr.xsl>>
