ant blocks in Perforce tasks if there is only output on stderr

Summary: ant blocks in Perforce tasks if there is only output on
                    stderr
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: levylambert@tiscali-dsl.de

If Perforce is only producing output on stderr, because for instance the Perforce password is
wrong, ant currently stops executing. I saw this while testing the new globalopts attribute.
This patch solves the problem.
