Clearwater IMS Example

Hi everyone,

Happy to say that the Clearwater IMS example is now available on git
master. I know there's been a lot of interest in testing this, and we would
love feedback. Here are instructions:

Note that work is not complete yet. For now, we only support a single host
("all in one") and you must provision it yourself. To track progress on the
fuller example, see: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIA-351
