Having difficulties getting the stl Port

Folks,
I am having difficulty downlaoding the stlport from www.stlport.org. Are
there any alternate locations from which I can get stlport or is there a
work around to build xalan for c++ without the stlport.  Any help on
this matter greatly appreciated.
