Colorizable skins committed - font colors missing

Now it's possible to specify the colors of the skins in skinconf.xml, 
and the fresh one contains (commented out) the profiles for the 
forrest-site, krysalis-site and tigris-style skins.

This feature is enabled on the krysalis-site and tigris-style skins.

There is still some work to do, mainly on font, highlight and rounded 
corner colors. To see what I mean try running forrest with the 
tigris-style skin and change the color profiles.

As for the work to switch forrest-site to krysalis-site, if you fire up 
krysalis-site with the forrest color profile, you can easily compare it 
to the current forrest-site one... and... it's not yet up to snuff.

I'll have to (my todo list):
1 - make configurable header types
2 - make configurable search position
3 - fix the left nav width that becomes too thin at times
4 - make the pre font smaller
