What happened to the plugin howto?

Hello,

I remember there being a plugin howto on the website.  I can't seem to
find it anymore now that the site has changed.   Have I just lost my
sight or was the link removed?

If I'm blind could someone point me in the right direction?

Please disregard I've got that guy disease that my wife says
all men have: can't see where anything is.
