### Motivation
Migrate bookkeeper build to gradle. Some test cases were failing while running test with gradle
### Changes
* Fix dependencies
* jassTmpDir was created under `target` folder. This fails while running tests using gradle. Instead we should use `createTempDirectory` to create temp folder
