   目前delayLevel为全局配置"1s 5s 10s 30s 1m 2m 3m 4m 5m 6m 7m 8m 9m 10m 20m 30m 1h 2h"。
   生产环境上，不同的业务（某个subgroup消费某种topic）有不用的重试间隔需求。
   例如，group1消费订单order，消费逻辑为保存进同IDC的数据库，重试间隔为"10s 10s 10s 10s....."可能较为合理；group2消费订单order，消费逻辑为将订单数据通知到第三方渠道，第三方渠道故障恢复时间不可控，重试间隔为“10m 30m 1h 2h 2h 2h....”可能叫合理。
