   When remote schema caches reach their per-type, average-version, or logical-type limits, valid new schemas currently fail to deserialize. Treat those limits as retention limits across C++, C#, Dart, Go, Java, JavaScript, Python/Cython, Rust, and Swift: fully validate and decode overflow schemas without adding persistent metadata or derived serializer/layout entries. Existing cached and local-schema hits keep their fast paths.
   
   Also advance Java MetaString reference IDs only after insertion succeeds, so exceeding the reference limit cannot break root cleanup and later instance reuse.
   
   Validation:
   
   - Runtime regression tests cover uncached overflow, bounded cache accounting, and cleanup/reuse; Java tests cover native/xlang and codegen on/off.
   - C++ focused serialization tests, Go tests, Rust tests/clippy, C# tests, Swift tests, Dart tests/analyzer, Java core/focused tests, JavaScript tests, and Python/Cython tests passed. Python's initially invalid bare-registry fixture was corrected and its affected suite rerun in both modes.
   - Java-driven cross-language matrix is running.
   - NumericStruct and MediaContent performance comparisons in schema-consistent and compatible modes will follow PR creation; results are pending.
