   When you have a pipeline with an attached unit test, when saving the pipeline with another name the unit test is still attached. If you then delete the test it is also removed from the original copy

   This is a tricky one.  We'd almost need to be notified in the Projects plugin about the file rename.
   I guess we can add an `ExtentionPointHandler` call in `HopGuiPipelineGraph.saveAs()` to allow us to notify anyone that the pipeline was renamed.  That way the plugin can implement an XP plugin and detach the unit test.
